Nevell Provo

Nevell Provo is the Nova Scotia–based entrepreneur behind R&B Kitchen, Smooth Meal Prep, Try Sauté, and Booster Juice Cole Harbour. Beyond building and scaling food businesses and school meal programs, he is deeply committed to working with youth through sports, mentorship, and employment opportunities — helping young people build confidence, discipline, and real-world skills. His work focuses on creating pathways for youth to grow as leaders, teammates, and future entrepreneurs in their communities.

What has he been up to since his last feature?

Since being recognized as a Blaqk Gold feature back in 2023, I opened Booster Juice, continued growing our R&B Kitchen business, and have been part of the HRM School Lunch Program.
